James “Jim” Schmerbauch is the Lead Attorney of JLS Law Firm. Jim is primarily based at the Orange County office of JLS Law Firm and has practiced law in California for the last 33 years. He has practiced exclusively in Workers’ Compensation for over 17 years, first on behalf of insurance companies defending workers’ injury claims and for the last eight years as an advocate for injured workers and litigating their injury claims at the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards.
